Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

Take a moment to find the most comfortable position for you.

Whatever your body needs right now.
spk_0
Let yourself get comfortable, supported, and still.

Bring your awareness to your breath.
spk_0
As you invite the deepest breath that you've taken all day into your body.
spk_0
And then let it go.
spk_0
We move so fast through life that sometimes we forget to return to our own breath.
spk_0
But your breath is your most natural connection to yourself and to everything around you.
spk_0
So spend a few minutes here just being with your breath.
spk_0
Keeping your chest still if you can.
spk_0
Breathing low and slow into your diaphragm.
spk_0
This moment is for you and your breath to arrive here together.

With every exhale, feeling yourself shifting inward.
spk_0
As if you're stepping through a doorway into an inner world that only you have the keys

to.
spk_0
Bring a soft awareness through your body.
spk_0
Relaxing your face and your jaw.
spk_0
Your shoulders releasing any muscles and your hands or wrists.
spk_0
Letting your belly rise and fall easily.
spk_0
Releasing any muscles or tension through your hips and glutes.
spk_0
Letting your legs feel heavy.
spk_0
Your ankles and your feet relaxed and easy.
spk_0
As you notice how your body begins to feel heavier.

Becoming anchored into the earth below.
spk_0
Just notice how your body feels.
spk_0
As if you're observing from the outside, bring your attention to your mind.

And see it as a reservoir.
spk_0
Thoughts and energies swirling like water along the edge of a drain.
spk_0
All of this movement ideas, planning, maybe memories.

It's simply energy.
spk_0
And you don't need to stop it.
spk_0
Just notice it.
spk_0
Wherever your body meets this earth, imagine a small portal opening.

A soft pull downward.
spk_0
And through that connection, imagine all of that swirling water beginning to drain.

Thoughts and tension, residue, excess energy, all of it flowing downward out of your body.
spk_0
It collects anything heavy or stagnant.
spk_0
It carries away mental clutter and energetic noise.
spk_0
All of it drains away returning to the earth.
spk_0
Now imagine a soft radiant light pouring in from the crown of your head.
spk_0
Feel your scalp begin to cool.
spk_0
And your mind becoming spacious.
spk_0
And this light travels down through your neck and your shoulders, melting through you effortlessly.

And it pours through your chest and into your heart.
spk_0
Cool and refreshing, restoring your energy.
spk_0
And it continues down through your torso and your hips, down your legs.
spk_0
Until it reaches your feet, completing the circuit of renewal.
spk_0
Your body feels grounded and heavy in the best way.
spk_0
The light expands beyond your skin now, gently radiating outward into your energetic field.

As it moves so freely, vibrant and balanced and clear.

Rest here for a few moments.

Your energy, feeling replenished and restored.
spk_0
Your whole being at complete ease.

Once you're ready, take a deep breath in through your nose.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.
spk_0
And just noticing how your body feels, how your mind feels.

Knowing that you've done something so incredible for yourself today.

Once you feel ready, you may wish to bring some gentle movement back into your fingers and your toes.

And slowly open your eyes.
spk_0
Carrying with you this beautiful sense of peace and balance into the rest of your day.
